Users' rights of the Nature Observations Database

The Nature Observations Database has four types of users: enthusiast, editor of the group of species, specialist of the Environmental Board and administrator.

Enthusiast - these rights are guaranteed to all registered users:

1) can insert observations.

2) sees detailed data of their own observations.

3) sees all observations on the map in UTM squares.

The following users are given rights by the administrator:.

Editor of group of species:

1) can insert observations,

2) inserted observations are automatically accepted if editor wants it.

3) sees all observations on the map in UTM squares,

4) can see observation locations on the map (not licence data).

5) has to accept users' observations, which belong to the species group he/she is the editor, and sees detail data of observations, which are not licence data.

Environmental Board specialist::

1) can insert observations.

2) sees all observations on the map in UTM squares.

3) can see detail data of observations, which are not licence data.

Administrator:

1) can do everything what is described before.

2) sees detail data of observations, include licence data.

3) has general rights for administration,
